We attract and hire top talent across the nation to be a part of our team. We are currently seeking a Large Balance Collector to join our team. Must have a minimum of (7) years collection agency experience preferably with commercial accounts. We seek applicants with extensive third party experience in major bank cards or commercial debt to work either at our corporate office in Atlanta, GA. You must have old school third party collection tools as we are not looking for someone to recite a customer service script on a predictive dialer. Company will perform extensive background checks.

Business Analyst:

  • Act as an interface / liasion among stakeholders to validate requirements, resolve business needs.
  • Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements from clients and business users
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements
  • Suggests area for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions. 
  • Participate in post project analysis to reflect upon successes, failures and lessons learned.

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • 5 plus years of Production SQL DBA experience including disaster recovery, performance tuning, back-ups and recovery.
  • Experience working in a large enterprise environment with very large databases
  • Experience with Stored Procedures and Triggers
  • Creation of Business Requirement document using the Scope and Interview with key business users.
  • Experience with SQL Optimization and Performance tuning
  • Experience in database design and modeling
  • Use MS Excelss Pivot tables, Formulas and (v) Lookups to conduct data analysis
  • SQL development experience (stored procedures, packages, triggers, complex queries)
  • Experience with T-SQL
  • Replication experience
  • Understanding of SQL Server CTE and temp tables
  • Experience with SSRS, SSIS, SSAS not required but desired
  • Ability to work in a team environment

SQL Database and Oracle Administrator Duties:

  • Install and upgrade Database servers. (Server 2017)
  • Database design and the ongoing support and administration of databases
  • Manage the performance, optimization, administration and recovery of large database environment
  • Write and debug complex SQL and understand the best ways to incorporate database requests into application programs
  • Implement data models, database designs, data access and table maintenance codes
  • Capable of performing database change management
  • Reviewing database structures
  • SQL Database security and authorization
  • SQL Optimization and Performance tuning
  • Architect,install and configure Oracel Agile, Oracle Transportation Management, Oracle Demantra, Oracle Business intelligence.
  • Oracle Fusion Middleaware SOA, and upgrading versions per releases.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of the database.
  • Stored Procedures and Triggers
  • Assure that applications perform according to service level agreements, databases are administered properly.
  • Develop, implement, administer, document and maintain policies and procedures for ensuring the security.
  • Resolves database performance and capacity issues, and replication and other distributed data issues.
